Firmware Version:02 37 00 After upgrading this new version ... (Jos Ouwerling)

Firmware Version:02 37 00

After upgrading this new version into my NANOXX 9500HD, factory settings and recovering the saved channels and system lists again as mentioned in the guidance, the machine says that all programs are coded. I cannot see any channel anymore.
I changed nothing to the settings and also my smartcard (canaldigital / Dutch) was not removed.
I rebooted several times and tried to upgrade again but still the same result.

Can you help????

Thx

Firmware Version:02.37.00 First of all, thanks for greater improvements ... (Jean Jacques Mveng)

Firmware Version:02.37.00

First of all, thanks for greater improvements in the last software release (hdd compatibility).

But could you consider it useful to improve your products as follows:

1. Add "auto fit" in video settings so that the receiver could automaticaally expand broadcasted letterbox movies into a wide screen by removing black bars on top and buttom of the screen.

2. Enable to sort only FTA and subscribed services in system setup.

3. System may post "scrambled service" whenever switching from free to air service to subscribed service until next reboot.

4. System does not run properly when recording with dual CAM (mediaguard or Viaccess). You can only watch only one other channel from the same transponder. If you switch system would post "scrambled service".

Anyway, thanks for your interest.
