NanoXX » NanoXX 9500HD
Is it possible to use the TV screen via HDMI and in parallel the Optical Audio-Out? (HDMI directly to TV, optical-out to the AV receiver)?
The NanoXX sends out all TV and audio signals in parallel.
You can have a flat- TV connected via HDMI to the TV signal
and, in parallel, a Dolby amplifier via the optical or the coaxial digital
audio output, or via the analog RCA connectors connected. The settings are
located in menu -> system settings -> sound settings.
The Dolby signal can also be transferred via HDMI (menu -> audio settings:
HDMI Dolby Digital). In this way the audio and video signal is send trough the
HDMI- output of your NanoXX directly to your flat- TV or looped trough your
HDMI-ready Digital AV- Receiver to the flat- TV. In the second way the AV-
receiver’ll play out the digital audio by HDMI as source.
Parallel to the HDMI transmission also the analogue audio and
video signal is served via scart output. The video signal via scart (always in
576i) is independent of the HDMI resolution.
Our tip: Connect high-quality flat panels or projectors only via HDMI or YPbPr
because the image quality is much better than, for example, the scart
connector.
